Chapter 9

1. The National Electoral Commission shall conduct, after receiving the records referred to in Article 66 para. 1, an examination of the correctness of methods used by the regional electoral commission to establish the aggregate results of voting.

2. The National Electoral Commission shall order, in the event of a finding of incorrectness in establishment of the aggregate results of voting in, a repeat establishment of results. The provisions of Articles 66 and 66a shall apply, as appropriate.

The National Electoral Commission shall announce the aggregate results of voting, referred to in Article 66c para. 1, established by the regional electoral commission.

1. Immediately after receiving the records from all the regional electoral commissions, the National Electoral Commission shall establish the results of voting for candidates for the Presidency of the Republic and shall draw up the record of voting.

1. On the basis of the results specified in the record of voting, the National Electoral Commission shall determine, by means of a resolution, the result of the election for the Presidency of the Republic.

2. The National Electoral Commission shall immediately transmit the resolution, referred to in para. 1, to the Marshal of the Sejm and the serving President of the Republic, and shall deliver it to the newly elected President of the Republic.

1. The results of voting and the results of elections shall be made public by the National Electoral Commission in the form of an announcement.

2. In the case referred to in Article 8b, paras. 1 and 3, the National Electoral Commission shall additionally announce the forenames and surnames of the candidates for the Presidency of the Republic standing for election in repeat voting.

3. The announcement by the National Electoral Commission on the results of voting and elections shall be subject to publication in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland [Dziennik Ustaw Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej].

4. The National Electoral Commission shall publish a statistical study containing detailed information on the results of voting and the results of the election and shall provide, in a computerized form and at cost price, access to the results of voting and the results of the election.

1. A repeat vote shall be held, according to the procedures prescribed in this Act, in polling districts established for holding of the election.

1a. The voting shall be held on the basis of the same roll of voters, subject to updating. The detailed rules of updating of the rolls of voters shall be specified by regulations referred to in Article 29, Article 35 para. 1, and Article 36 para. 3.

3. The National Electoral Commission shall make public in the form of an announcement the results of a repeat vote and the result of elections. The announcement by the National Electoral Commission shall be subject to publication in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland [Dziennik Ustaw Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej].

The National Electoral Commission shall submit a report on the elections to the Supreme Court.
